Pancake Marathon:
Have I found the way to freeing myself from the past pain if I am wanting to much, what if I want to little would that then be the same; I see that I must get out of my head, and be of service to be able to find all answers upon that self: for what best way to act upon Step 11 and that of you know promise 7 and mad of Step 5. for I say step 5 because I see that as the communication, not to isolate and to rely upon my fellows to give me the answer because maybe I don't understand and only through someone else will I be able to get the answer from my higher power, I say promise seven because how else are you supposed to find the value in things if you don't understand without asking and that of relying upon the trust upon somebody else; as that of Step 11 well is that not just part of the communication of what is the meditation Act of listening hearing upon that of the prayer of you asking what is the answer only through the meditation and not of relying upon someone else's value only by the trust that you have that they do and may have the answer still has a solution upon how to practice the principles in all your Affairs making progress along spiritual lines.

Detaching from what I have been Expecting, or simply to say this annoyance: that is fleeting, q-tip comes to mind; As there are those moment When I seem to forget that it's about ultimately Cultivate an attitude of gratitude so that I Don't quit before the miracle happens: I say this because it's simply a matter of time That I forget why I'm doing this: yes I have found the why and I believe that it changes from moment to moment yet But For The Grace Of God i have to do it as Easy does it but do it; Change is a process, not an event that in this process I find myself, Getting caught up in the nuances of oh someone's knocking at my door and having to get up again to give them what it may be, they just did this 2 hours ago for the past two weeks, as yet it has always come down to the simple simple fact get to, so now we don’t have to but in that I Find that moment of Unity and So that I do not add pain and devalue the moment of this gift, To be able to see how I can help someone else.
Now to sum up what it is that I'm attempting to convey, at that moment of feeling that I have failed or that of what seemingly can be this moment when I would be fine if I don't answer that door; Is that somehow, Communication is the key, yes at that moment I do not see how the love I can give through the kisses that I have by The Hope and taking the steps to think and by the Trust In This Time upon the wisdom I can halt.
For Ultimately it comes down to this simple fact, regardless of how much pain it may be as it seemingly can be summed up as, it's about helping somebody else out finding a family and knowing that I can give a hug because I do have this push to help them out within a matter of fact of, never putting myself in debt essentially, and yet really giving something so that today in that moment truly, step 5 can take effect Of being able to communicate; towards about getting them out of their head and at the same time getting me out of my head: as by what is being of service.
Yet to Simply sum up everything that I just talked about, that once you stop doing it or getting to essentially, that you're going to look back at it and see that you actually love doing it, and that is why at that moment that it's happening, yes I get not running from the cheetah that's not there essentially, focusing on the message and not the messenger and cultivating an attitude of gratitude; for I absolutely know that once you don't have it anymore and you want to get back to it you've crossed that fence to the other side and you'll see that the grass is not greener it just grass.

NA Just For Today: Guarding Our Recovery
"Remember that we... are ultimately responsible for our recovery and our decisions." Basic Text p. 99
Most of us will face choices that challenge our recovery. If we find ourselves in extreme physical pain, for example, we will have to decide whether or not we will take medication. We will have to be very honest with ourselves about the severity of our pain, honest with our doctor about our addiction and our recovery, and honest with our sponsor In the end, however, the decision is ours, for we are the ones who must live with the consequences.
Another common challenge is the choice of attending a party where alcohol will be served. Again, we should consider our own spiritual state. If someone who supports our recovery can attend the event with us, so much the better. However, if we don't feel up to such a challenge, we should probably decline the invitation. Today, we know that preserving our recovery is more important than saving face.
All such decisions are tough ones, requiring not only our careful consideration but the guidance of our sponsor and complete surrender to a Higher Power Using all of these resources, we make the best decision we can. Ultimately, however, the decision is ours. Today, we are responsible for our own recovery.
Just for today: When faced with a decision that may challenge my recovery I will consult all the resources at my disposal before I make my choice.

Daily Reflections: CRYING FOR THE MOON
"This very real feeling of inferiority is magnified by his childish sensitivity and it is this state of affairs which generates in him that insatiable, abnormal craving for self approval and success in the eyes of the world. Still a child, he cries for the moon. And the moon, it seems, won't have him!" LANGUAGE OF THE HEART, p. 102
While drinking I seemed to vacillate between feeling totally invisible and believing I was the center of the universe. Searching for that elusive balance between the two has become a major part of my recovery. The moon I constantly cried for is, in sobriety, rarely full; it shows me instead its many other phases, and there are lessons in them all. True learning has often followed an eclipse, a time of darkness, but with each cycle of my recovery, the light grows stronger and my vision is clearer.
